Why do cars always break down on flyovers or in narrow roads?

That's one of the mysteries that I have been trying to figure out. Often times, these traffic incidents cause major traffic -- a terrible headache for motorists. Perhaps it's just a series of coincidental events or there may be a paranormal explanation for that. What do you think? Why on flyovers, in narrow roads, or in bottleneck areas?!?
